Shipping policy

 

We process most orders within 1-3 business days and will contact you if necessary. All shipments of orders received on weekends are processed the following Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in working days. Standard shipping is estimated to be 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that during high-demand periods such as sales campaigns or promotional events, shipping may be delayed by up to 10 working days due to increased order volume. Packages will be sent by courier, and all orders are inspected and packed by hand.

We offer reliable shipping for all orders, both domestic and international. Within Romania, deliveries are handled by FanCourier and Cargus with standard shipping options. For international orders, we partner with UPS, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. 

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will immediately contact you for an updated reshipment address. If we do not receive any contact within a week of the package being returned, we will cancel your order.

Incorrect Address
We ship all packages based on the address that you entered during checkout. Please make sure that the address you enter in is correct.

Advice on Receiving Your Package
If you will be unavailable to receive your package, please ensure that someone else will be there to receive and inspect your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries other then Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
