Refund policy

Damaged items
If the items received are faulty or damaged, you may return them within 30 days in accordance with the following process:

- You must notify the Laura8 team via email (shop@laura8.com) in writing stating the reasons for your return. For your returns to be accepted you must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the damage upon receival.

- The goods must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. This includes the original packaging, tags being still intact, items not being worn or altered. If the requirements are not satisfied, Laura8 reserves the right to refuse to accept a return. 

    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at shop@laura8.com.

    Returns
    If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days. Please inform us via email (shop@laura8.com) to enquire about next steps. The process of return should be completed within 14 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Custom-Made Orders
    Custom made goods, made to order or tailored to the customer's preferences
    are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or do not meet the agreed specifications.

    Client service care
    We offer repairing services for damaged Laura8 accessories (lost elements, torn fabrics). Please contact us during business hours and establish a meeting with a member of our team.

    Specific product details
    Due to resolution and other settings, colors seen on your computer screen may slightly vary from the colors of the product. In this aspect, the original colors may be brighter or darker from the ones you see on your screen.
